Terms and Conditions
Brecilia Music Universe is a place for independent artists to be heard. We review and promote songs; we do not take ownership of them.
Version: October 2026
Your song remains 100% yours
You retain 100% of the ownership and rights you hold in your song. Submitting, publishing or mastering your music does not assign or transfer those rights to Brecilia Music Universe. The service exists to publish your music when you authorize it and, for mastering, to improve its audio quality for your audience. Brecilia will not assign your song or your rights to third parties without your express written authorization. The limited permission needed to provide the service does not transfer ownership.
Limited permission to share
By submitting music, an authorized rights holder permits Brecilia to store it, make necessary technical preparations, stream it and display its credits within accepted services. This permission is limited and non-exclusive: it does not transfer ownership, prevent publication elsewhere or permit selling the song to third parties. Radio airplay and additional promotion depend on the accepted service.
One free song for independent artists
While our first-free-song promotion is available, artists do not pay for the included publication or review and Brecilia receives no direct payment for that free service. We provide space and exposure to support independent artists. Optional paid services are separate.
All creative methods are welcome
We do not discriminate based on origin, musical genre or production tools, whether traditional instruments, music software or artificial intelligence. Every submission must comply with applicable law, and the person submitting it must have the necessary permissions for all third-party materials.
Review and additional services
Submitting music for free or through a paid service does not guarantee publication, radio selection, an audience or plays. Brecilia may request corrections to audio, artwork, metadata or rights information. Paid services never transfer rights; their scope and prices are displayed before purchase.
Copyright complaints
Brecilia respects applicable national and international copyright law, including the U.S. DMCA where relevant. Following a documented complaint, we assess the information and promptly suspend or remove the affected song where appropriate. Other songs are not automatically removed for a single complaint unless required by law or repeated infringement. Applicable rights of response are respected.
Voluntary removal
An authorized rights holder can request a song's removal through Support. We verify the request and handle removal within a reasonable time, subject to applicable legal obligations and necessary technical records.
Privacy and contact
We handle personal information needed for accounts, review, promotion and support under our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Questions about copyright, removal or personal data may be sent to music@brecilia.com or Support.
