Artist Terms
We promote independent music with permission from lawful rights holders. Publication never makes Brecilia the owner of the work.
Version: October 2026
Your song remains 100% yours
You retain 100% of the ownership and rights you hold in your song. Submitting, publishing or mastering your music does not assign or transfer those rights to Brecilia Music Universe. The service exists to publish your music when you authorize it and, for mastering, to improve its audio quality for your audience. Brecilia will not assign your song or your rights to third parties without your express written authorization. The limited permission needed to provide the service does not transfer ownership.
Authorized sharing only
We receive limited, non-exclusive permission to host, stream and display music within selected services, with appropriate credits.
One free song
While the promotion is active, the included first-song publication or review is free to the artist. Brecilia receives no direct payment for that service. Acceptance is subject to review and necessary permissions.
Creative freedom and permissions
Music made by any method is welcome, including traditional, digital and AI-assisted production. Artists must have the needed permissions for samples, backing tracks, compositions and other third-party materials.
Complaints and removal
Following a documented copyright complaint, we may suspend or remove the affected song where appropriate. Artists may also request voluntary removal through Support.
