Copyright and Intellectual Property
Our catalog exists to promote music, not to acquire copyright in it.
Version: October 2026
Your song remains 100% yours
You retain 100% of the ownership and rights you hold in your song. Submitting, publishing or mastering your music does not assign or transfer those rights to Brecilia Music Universe. The service exists to publish your music when you authorize it and, for mastering, to improve its audio quality for your audience. Brecilia will not assign your song or your rights to third parties without your express written authorization. The limited permission needed to provide the service does not transfer ownership.
Complaints and removal
After receiving a documented copyright complaint, we assess the matter and promptly remove or disable access to the reported song on services we control when appropriate. Other content is not affected by an isolated complaint unless required by law or repeated infringement. If the U.S. DMCA applies, we follow its notice and response procedures.
How to report a concern
Rights holders and authorized representatives may email music@brecilia.com with a song URL, identification of the original work, an explanation of the claimed right and contact details. Formal DMCA notices must meet statutory requirements. This address is not represented as a registered DMCA agent.
